The new logo is a C and Q combined, and also resembles a thought bubble – which will be integrated into future marketing materials as a means to capture the possibilities, technology enables and inspires for consumers,” said Rajiev Grover, Director-Consumer Products, Hewlett-Packard India.

“The CQ thought-bubble will add new dimensions to the ‘Kal Tumhara Hai’ campaign championed by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, bringing the empowerment proposition at the forefront for Compaq,” Mr. Grover added.

The Compaq ‘Kal Tumhara Hai’ campaign is an integrated campaign, targeted to educate consumers to look at the PC as an empowerment tool that helps the individual to achieve better. HP’s vision is to make PC, the third consumer durable in the home and educate consumers on the empowerment proposition of PCs. This campaign will continue to be supported with a 360-degree approach, including traditional, web and viral marketing elements.
